JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Mike Parson, R-Bolivar, has issued the following after Attorney General Chris Koster launches investigation.

“I am pleased with the Attorney General’s office for announcing its investigation into
the numerous complaints from across Missouri regarding this urgent matter. No one should be extorted just to heat their homes and businesses, and I hope the investigation’s report will uncover all of the facts. This investigation is just one way our state government can help out those who were mistreated.”
