Measure waiving motorcycle driving tests for Armed Forces members moves to the House; bill benefiting veterans organizations given initial approval
JEFFERSON CITY — Before the Missouri Senate wrapped up its work for the week, today (2-9) lawmakers gave their first-round approval to a bill that would prohibit cities from restricting veterans organizations from operating resale shops in certain areas. They also sent a measure over to the House that would waive the motorcycle roads skills test for members of the Armed Forces who have successfully completed certain military motorcycle rider training courses.
