HCS/SS#2/SB 288 - This act creates the Missouri Settlement Trust Fund. The State Treasurer shall deposit into the Fund the proceeds of any award or settlement. The moneys shall be appropriated for health care and anti-smoking education. The interest from the Fund shall not revert into general revenue.
This act is similar to HB 430.
