SB 284 - This act prohibits a school board, school board
member or school employee from requiring any employee to support
or encourage others to support any school bond issue, operating
levy increase or other school ballot issue. The act also
prohibits a school district from resubmitting any bond issue
which was disapproved within the twelve months following the
disapproval, except in the case of a district which has had a
significant, recent enrollment increase as specified in the act.
