SB 255 - This act makes several grammatical changes to Section 59.319, RSMo, relating to the collection of fees by county recorders.

The act also changes the scope of what recorded documents are charged a fee. Currently only documents listed in statute are subject to the fee. This act makes all documents that are recorded subject to the fee.
