SB 137 - This act changes the number of signatures
required to obtain an audit of a political subdivision by
petition. Currently, the petition must be signed by a number
that is based upon the qualified voters as determined by the
gubernatorial votes cast in the relevant political subdivision at
the last election prior to the filing of the petition. The act
instead requires a number of signatures based on the registered
voters for the last gubernatorial election held prior to the
filing of the petition.
