SB 78 - Supreme Court Rule 5.29 allows non-attorney representation proceedings before the state Division of Employment Security.

This act expands the effect of the rule to proceedings before the Administrative Hearing Commission and the Division of Labor in workers' compensation cases to allow non-attorney officers and employees of businesses to legally represent the business in these additional forums.
