SB 12 - This act allows trainers of guide dogs, hearing assistance dogs, or service dogs to be accompanied by the dogs in or upon any of the premises listed in Section 209.150 while training the dogs without paying extra charges. Trainers must be associated with recognized training centers and trainers are liable for any damage done to the premises by the dogs.
This act is substantially similar to HB 64.
