PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that this bill defines federally
funded Head Start programs, and aids in coordinating existing
federal funding and programming.

Testifying for the bill were Representatives Farnen and Sallee;
Missouri Association for Community Action, Inc.; and Missouri
Head Start Association.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
