SCR 42- This act requests the Federal Drug Enforcement
Administration to review its continual denial of states' ability
to authorize the growing of industrial hemp for research and
commercial purposes. The resolution urges the DEA to review the
programs in Canada for the growing and regulation of hemp in
order to replicate such procedures in the United States.
