SCR 34 - The State Tax Commission is required to publish
agricultural land values to be used for assessment purposes every
two years and the General Assembly may disapprove of those values
within the first sixty days of the session following their
publication. This resolution disapproves values published by the
Commission in November, 1997 and requests the Commission to
examine the factors used to determine agricultural land values.
