SCR 32 - This resolution revokes a rule promulgated by the
Department of Elementary and Secondary Education that requires
school districts to report academic achievement data for each of
the racial groups in the district. The resolution has been
approved by the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules on two
separate occasions.
