HCS/SB 970 - This act would allow the Department of
Agriculture to prohibit public disclosure of records submitted to
the Missouri Agricultural and Small Business Development
Authority if the records contain proprietary information that
would endanger the competitiveness of the entity at issue. The
Authority would also be allowed to close meetings where any such
information is to be discussed.
