SB 940 - The act provides that drugs may be delivered on consignment, as defined by the Board of Pharmacy, and the recipient shall not be required to be licensed as a drug distributor and shall not comply with the standards of practice applicable to distributors but shall be open for inspection. Separate licenses are required for each distribution site owned by a drug distributor or pharmacy distributor.
