SB 643 - This act would prohibit, prospectively, the payment of retirement benefits to state elected officials and retired state elected officials who are convicted of a felony relating to misconduct or duties in office.

This act only applies to employer-paid benefits, crimes occurring after 8/28/98 and final convictions (after exhausting all appeals).
