SB 642 - This act amends Section 33.103, RSMo, to allow
state employees to authorize payroll deductions for child support
obligations pursuant to Chapters 452 and 454, RSMo.
Additionally, the Commissioner of Administration could elect to
deduct from a state employee's paycheck amounts that are owed to
the state, provided the employee's due process rights have been
protected.
