Current Bill Summary

SB 631- This act allows the State Records Commission within the Office of the Secretary of State to determine that certain records are "nonrecord material" and to direct that such records be sold. Moneys obtained from the sale shall be placed in the State Document Preservation Fund. The Secretary of State shall keep a copy of any records sold.
