SB 626 - This act allows manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors of farm implements, industrial maintenance equipment, construction power equipment and outdoor power equipment ninety days to consider transfers in ownership of dealerships.
A request for such consideration must include financial
information, personal background, character references and work
history of the dealer/retailer and transferee. Should the
request be denied, written notification must be provided to the
dealer/retailer.
