SB 624 - This act deals with the crimes of exam fraud and unlawful distribution of course-related materials.

Exam fraud occurs when a person takes or attempts to take an exam in place of another person who is officially recorded as taking the exam. Exam fraud is a Class B misdemeanor.

The crime of unlawful distribution of course-related materials occurs when a person provides any papers or other work which a student then submits as the student's original work. A person shall be guilty of the crime of unlawful distribution of course-related materials if the person knows or should have known the paper or other work would have been submitted by another person. Unlawful distribution of course-related materials is a Class B misdemeanor.
