SCS/SBs 612 & 798 - This act would prohibit licensees who operate excursion gambling boats from having credit card machines on the boats.

Violation of this provision is an administrative penalty, assessed by the Gaming Commission and credited to the Gaming Commission Fund.

This act removes from the definitions of "gambling" and "gambling device" any amusement device that gives the customer either a right of replay or a coupon, prize, game, or credit that can be redeemed for something of value, excluding cash, intoxicating liquor, nonintoxicating beer, or tobacco products.
