SB 570 - This act would allow residents of incorporated
areas of a county to serve on a temporary planning commission.
The only change to existing law is the deletion of the
requirement contained in Subsection 2 of Section 64.725, RSMo,
that appointed members of the commission be from "the
unincorporated area of" the county.
