SB 538 - This act allows local governments in counties of the third classification to provide for licensing of electricians and plumbers. This act is in addition to current law which provides that third classification cities may license electricians.
This act excludes electricians and plumbers employed full-
time by a company and also those employed by a utility or
railroad.
