SCS/SB 536 - This act prohibits exploding or igniting
fireworks within one hundred feet of a permanent structure, or
within three hundred feet of any nonpermanent structure, where
fireworks are stored, sold or offered for sale. Fireworks shall
not be ignited or discharged within three hundred feet of any
gasoline pump or gasoline filling station.
