SB 509 - This act pertains to public officers and employees.

This act requires lobbyists or lobbyist principals to disclose all lobbyist-related compensation no later than March fifteenth, for the previous calendar year.

This act also prohibits General Assembly members and all statewide elected officials from accepting state employment with compensation in any appointed position within the executive or legislative branches in the first year after leaving their official positions.
