DESCRIPTION

This act corrects a technical error in the law relating to the dissolution of
public water supply districts. Current law requires dissolution be approved
by both a four-sevenths and a two-thirds majority. This act, as amended,
requires approval by four-sevenths of those voting on the dissolution.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
