SCS/HB 1050 - A prosecuting or circuit attorney may request the assistance of the Attorney General or an Assistant Attorney General in the discharge of such attorney's duties. This is the original part of the act.

The SCS added several sections also related to the Attorney General. Language in these sections pertaining to powers of the Attorney General to prosecute gambling offenses, criminal violations of Missouri Consumer Protection laws and Medicaid fraud would be repealed.
