SB 372 - Kansas City may impose a 5 cent property tax levy,
subject to voter approval, to be used for a World War I museum.
The city shall use the proceeds through their contract with the
not for profit corporation which runs the museum. Only the city
may sue to enjoin the corporation from making improper
expenditures.
