SB 283 - The act amends the definition of "hazardous
substance emergency" to provide that regulation of notice and
reporting of natural gas releases by or from interstate
facilities shall be by the Public Service Commission, rather than
by the Department of Natural Resources under Chapter 260, RSMo.
Interstate natural gas releases shall be reported to the state
and to the federal National Response Center in accordance with
federal regulations.
