SB 274 - The statutory provision which provides medical
benefits to members of the state highways and transportation
employees' and highway patrol retirement system, is modified with
regard to certain retired members. Retired members who are not
eligible for federal medicare benefits receive the same
contributions for medical benefits from the state highways and
transportation commission as members who have not retired.
