SB 244 - This act would authorize any Conservation Commission or Department of Conservation employee, who has been trained and certified as an investigative assistant, to detail and report any person who has committed or who is committing a violation of rules, laws or regulations pertaining to wildlife and forestry resources of the state.
The investigative assistant is also authorized to contact law enforcement officers and assist in the criminal proceedings against the offender. RONALD J. LEONE
