SB 139 - This act changes the method for distributing a portion of the admission fee charged for gambling excursion boats. One dollar of the two dollar admission fee, plus 10 percent of the adjusted gross receipts tax collections of any excursion gambling boat located in St. Louis County, are to be deposited in the "County Gaming Proceeds Fund".

If the gambling boat's home dock is a city within St. Louis County, then 50% of the distributable revenue from boats docking in that city is to be given to that city's governing body. The remaining 50% is to be divided proportionately between the county and each city, town or village located in St. Louis County, based on population. If the gambling boat's home dock is in an unincorporated portion of St. Louis County, then 50% of the distributable revenue from boats in that home dock is to be given to that home dock's governing body. The remaining 50% is to be divided proportionately between each city, town or village located in St. Louis County, based on population.

This act has an effective date of October 1, 1995.
