HCS/HJR 16 - Upon voter approval of this constitutional
amendment, no person shall participate in the management, conduct
or operation of a bingo game unless that person has been a member
of the licensed organization for the two years immediately
preceding the managing or conducting bingo games or has been a
member of the licensed organization for at least six months
preceding the participation in the operation of any bingo game.
The provision pertaining to advertising bingo is repealed.
