HB 617 - This act allows the Children's Trust Fund Board (Board) to authorize the use of their logo to be incorporated on multiyear personalized license plates. Upon annual application and payment of a twenty-five dollar logo use contribution to the Board, the Board shall issue a "logo use authorization statement", and upon presentation of this statement, fees and documents required for registration, the Department of Revenue shall issue the personalized license plate.

The design of the license plate shall be approved by both the Board and the Director of Revenue. The bidding process used to select the vendor for the material to manufacture the plates shall consider the aesthetic appearance of the plate. Any contribution to the Board under this act shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Children's Trust Fund.

The license plates shall have a common color scheme.
