HB 423 -- Roofing Repairs
This bill requires roofing contractors to handle construction materials in a way that eliminates any danger of structural collapse or injury or death to any person. Contractors are also required to have ready access to a fire extinguisher during roof repairs and to notify building residents 7 days prior to commencing work.
