HB 364 -- Grape Products Marketing
This bill raises the current 6 cents per gallon charge for selling wine to 10 cents. Monies generated are placed in the Marketing Development Fund in the Department of Agriculture to be used for developing programs for growing, selling, and marketing grapes and grape products.
Provisions of this bill terminate October 1, 2005.
