HB 315 -- Sales/Use Tax
This bill extends the sales tax credit for the value of a trade-- in motor vehicle, trailer, boat, or outboard motor from 90 days to 120 days when a replacement motor vehicle, trailer, boat or outboard motor cannot reasonably be purchased within the 90 day period due to a medical condition.
