SCS/HB 273 - This act authorizes the Governor to grant an easement over certain property under control of the Missouri Department of Mental Health and a conveyance of the "Ozark Building" to the city of Nevada.
The Attorney General shall approve the form of the instrument of easement and conveyance.
This act is similar to HCS/SB 201.
