This bill requires the presiding judge and clerk of each of the circuit courts of the City of St. Louis to meet and confer with representatives of the city's budget director and mayor annually by February 1, to review proposed budget needs for the coming year. Further, the court and clerk of each circuit must transmit its annual budget estimate to the city by March 1 each year.
