HB 177 -- School Bus Drivers
This bill requires the holder of a school bus driver's permit to have naked vision of at least 20/40 in each eye or, if less than 20/40, to have corrected vision of at least 20/40 and to wear corrective lenses when operating a school bus. This restriction will be noted on the school bus permit of the person and it will be unlawful for the person to operate a school bus upon any public highway of this state unless he or she is at the time complying with the restriction.
