HB 96 -- Campaign Finance
This bill prohibits the giving by any person or the accepting by any candidate or committee of anonymous contributions. Violations of this prohibition by a candidate or committee treasurer is established as a class A misdemeanor. Current law permits anonymous contributions of up to $25.
