HB 47 -- Drivers' Licenses
This bill requires any person under 21 years of age who has not previously been licensed in Missouri to show proof of the completion of an alcohol and drug abuse prevention training program before being issued an operator's license. Such training will consist of at least two hours of lecture, video presentation, brochures and a question and answer period. Community-based agencies may provide this service on approval of the Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse.
