HB 28 -- Unborn Children
Current law says that the laws of the state are interpreted on behalf of unborn children subject to decisional interpretations by the United States Supreme Court and specific provisions to the contrary. This bill says that interpreting the laws of the state on behalf of unborn children will no longer be subject to decisional interpretations of the United States Supreme Court and specific provisions to the contrary.
