SJR 54 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, repeals a provision prohibiting staff of the General Assembly from acting, serving, or registering as a paid lobbyist, or soliciting prospective employers or clients to represent as a paid lobbyist during the time of employment until the expiration of two calendar years after the conclusion of the session of the General Assembly in which the employee last served.

This constitutional amendment is identical to SJR 37 (2023).
