SB 950 - This act modifies the definition of "explicit sexual material" as used in the offense of providing explicit sexual material to a student by providing that such material shall include any written or pictorial material that, when taken as a whole, a reasonable person applying contemporary community standards would find the material lacks serious literary or scientific value or appeals predominantly to a prurient interest in sex.
