SB 833 - Under the act, the authority of any electrical corporation to condemn property shall not extend to the construction or erection of any structure or facility that uses wind and solar energy to generate or manufacture electricity.

This act is identical to SB 577 (2023) and substantially similar to HB 1052 (2023).
