Current Bill Summary

SB 759 - Under the act, time-of-use rates, as defined in the act, shall be optional and the Public Service Commission shall not require customers to pay time-of-use rates. Customers shall only pay time-of-use rates if they voluntarily opt-in to paying such rates.
