Current Bill Summary

SB 758 - Under the act, a term of a commissioner of the Public Service Commission shall be for two years, instead of six years. A commissioner may serve for a maximum of three terms. Any commissioner currently in office may serve until the end of their term. All Commission meetings shall only be held in person.
