SB 1320 - This act provides that no person or entity shall be authorized to receive any tax credit pursuant to any provision of law if such person or entity pays for an employee of such person or entity to obtain an abortion. The payment of all or any portion of an employee's health insurance premiums shall not be considered a payment for the purposes of this act.JOSH NORBERG
