SB 1272 - This act provides that any library district or school district that employs a person who has been found guilty of the offense of providing explicit sexual material to a student shall no longer be eligible to receive any state funds. Additionally, this act modifies the offense of providing explicit sexual material to a student to include if a person approves any explicit sexual material and also modifies the definition of "person affiliated with a public or private elementary or secondary school in an official capacity" to include a member of a library board.
