SB 825 - Under this act, no electrical corporation, municipally owned electric utility, or rural electric cooperative shall charge customers or use customer funds to subsidize or pay for, either directly or indirectly, any portion of any electric vehicle charging station, including but not limited to the electricity, transmission lines, real property, infrastructure, construction, or operating costs associated with such electric vehicle charging station.JAMIE ANDREWS
